Stability and strength for injury prevention. Six progressive sessions built for anyone returning from injury, getting back into exercise, or wanting to move better and hurt less.

Nesse founded HerSpace London on one conviction: that movement should feel like a joy, not a punishment — and that expert instruction should be available to everyone, not just those who can make a 7am class on a Tuesday.
YourSpace brings that same philosophy online. Nesse leads several of the programmes and classes herself, and is joined by two of HerSpace's most experienced and most entertaining instructors.
